Currently, company structure includes:
- Board of Directors: 2 people (1 Chief Executive Officer and 1 Assistant Director)
- Consulting Department: 5 people (2 Faculties, 2 PhD students in U.S, 1 Mater’s degree in Software Engineering )
- Project Management: 2 people (2 Project Managers)
- Technical Department: 6 people (1 Designer, 5 Programmers)
- Sale Department: 2 people (2 Market Development Staff)
- Financial Department: 2 people (1 Chief accountant, 1 Accountant)
All SweetSoft’s technical staff is graduated from College, University in Information Technology (IT) Field, including 80% of all having more than 3 year experiences.

SweetSoft has equipped desktops for Programmer Staff and laptops for Managers. With high performance, large memory and 100% computers with high-speed Internet connection via wireless and wired connection, SweetSoft always runs very well on the large and complex system of all our projects.
The Server system with high-profile and broadband transmission includes:
- Document Management Server, Source Control Server: Microsoft Team System Foundation Server 2008 SP1 on Windows Server 2008.
- Web Server: Microsoft Internet Information Services 7 (IIS7) on Windows Server 2008.
