This morning, on June 14, 2023, SweetSoft and representatives from Ton Duc Thang University - Khanh Hoa Branch signed a cooperation agreement to support students in visiting, internships, career counseling, training participation, and recruitment.
Details of the cooperation agreement:
1. VISIT ACTIVITIES
- Ton Duc Thang University will facilitate and support students from the university in visiting the company office. The visit schedule must be discussed, agreed upon, and finalized by both parties.
- After each visit, Ton Duc Thang University is required to send SweetSoft JSC a list of students wishing to apply for internships at SweetSoft JSC.
2. INTERNSHIP
- SweetSoft JSC will accept students from Ton Duc Thang University for internships as follows:
+ Acceptance period: 12 months per year
+ Duration of each internship: A minimum of 4 weeks
- SweetSoft JSC will support and create favorable conditions for Ton Duc Thang University students to intern at SweetSoft JSC.
- SweetSoft JSC will provide Ton Duc Thang University with information and requirements regarding the number of interns corresponding to each department, including: Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Administration, and other departments.
- Both parties will discuss and agree on the specific time, number of students, content, and plan for each internship.
- SweetSoft JSC will conduct interviews and select students who meet the professional and practical skill requirements of each department.

3. RECRUITMENT
- Interns from Ton Duc Thang University who perform well during their internship will be added to SweetSoft JSC's list of potential candidates for future official recruitment.
- When there are suitable job vacancies, SweetSoft JSC will prioritize contacting potential candidates from Ton Duc Thang University for recruitment interviews.
- If students are hired as official employees, SweetSoft JSC will send an email notification to Ton Duc Thang University.
- Ton Duc Thang University will assist SweetSoft JSC in contacting potential students.
- Ton Duc Thang University will support SweetSoft JSC in announcing recruitment information to the university's final-year students.
4. TRAINING
- SweetSoft JSC will provide students with the necessary equipment, knowledge, and skills to help them achieve their goals during the internship.
- SweetSoft JSC will provide necessary uniforms (if SweetSoft JSC requires students to wear uniforms in line with the company's culture) for interns, as well as other benefits specified in the Internship Commitment between the company and the individual students accepted for internships at SweetSoft JSC.
- SweetSoft JSC will ensure the participation of experienced staff to train students, helping them gain the necessary skills in the company's fields of expertise.
- SweetSoft JSC will evaluate (according to the company's standard form) and issue a Certificate of Internship to students who successfully complete the internship at Ton Duc Thang University.
- Ton Duc Thang University must ensure that students comply with the rules, policies, regulations, and processes of the company and the departments where they intern.
5. SEMINARS/LECTURES/CAREER COUNSELING
- Ton Duc Thang University will send an invitation or email to SweetSoft JSC to participate in seminars or career orientation and counseling programs for students at Ton Duc Thang University - Khanh Hoa Branch.
- SweetSoft JSC will send experienced representatives to participate in line with the content and program of the seminar or career orientation for students organized by Ton Duc Thang University.
